 This  recent book contained the theme that a company’s ” personality ”  flowed from the personality ( or  neuroticism ) of the CEO.

What is the personality of your company and how much do you see yourself in that picture ?

 It’s true, for example, that a suspicious ( paranoid ) type of executive will bring about employees who are at least  over cautious if not overly suspicious if not outright paranoid.
